Alternative Work

A new job with your current employer. If your physician indicates you will not be able to return to work at the time of injury, your employer is encouraged to offer you alternative work instead of displacement or vocational rehabilitation benefits. The alternative work an employer may provide must meet the work restrictions set by your physician, it must last a certain length of time and provide a certain level of pay in relation to the amount you were paid prior to the injury, and it must also be within a reasonable commuting distance of where you lived prior to the injury.

It’s reassuring to know you have someone in your corner that has your best interest. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I don’t understand why anyone else would go anywhere else. A+++
