Benjamin Winters
Benjamin Winters joined the Patterson Legal Group team in 2018. Practicing personal injury law, Benjamin adds years of experience to our top-notch staff.
Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin worked at Martin Pringle Law Firm where he focused his practice on civil and commercial litigation as well as medical malpractice defense. Benjamin attended law school at the University of Kansas receiving a number of awards. He boasts a trial advocacy certificate from KU Law as well as the Best Brief in the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition in 2012. Other than his talents in the courtroom, Benjamin has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in vocal performance.
Out of the office and courtroom, Benjamin loves to spend time with his wife and three children. He also continues to perform opera and chamber music throughout Kansas. He is an active board member at Opera Kansas as well as a member of the Wichita Chamber Chorale. An avid sports fan, he also has a team to root for throughout the year. His favorite teams include the Kansas Jayhawks, Sporting KC, and the Chicago Cubs.
When asked why Benjamin Winters would join Patterson Legal Group over the competition, he stated that “everybody is working hard for the same goal, to help our clients.”
