A member of our team will need to know the date and location of the accident, and the investigating agency in order to track your report down. If you have been provided with an accident report number, please provide that to our team to help expedite the ordering of the report.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ACCIDENT REPORT?

The amount of time it takes to receive your free accident report depends on how long it takes for the report to be published and delivered. The timeline is different for each investigating agency. Most agencies will have accident reports ready within 3 weeks from the date of the accident. However, if there is a criminal investigation associated with your accident or if the accident involved a death, it often takes longer before the report becomes public record. If you are unsure which agency conducted the investigation of your accident, it might also take longer for our team to track the report down.

IS THE ACCIDENT REPORT REALLY FREE?

Yes. Patterson Legal Group will pay the expense of ordering the report and we will deliver it to you for free.

WILL YOU EMAIL OR MAIL THE ACCIDENT REPORT?

In most cases, we will email you a copy of the report so that you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer that we mail you a copy of the report instead, we will do that at no cost to you. Please make sure you tell a member of our team if you have a preference.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT OR HIRE YOUR FIRM?
