“No Win No Fee”

“No Win No Fee”

If our firm represents you, we offer a “no win, no fee” agreement to our clients.  This arrangement is also called a contingency fee. This means you pay no legal fees unless your case has a successful outcome.

How does “No Win, No Fee” Actually Work?

Kansas Lawyers offer a no-win-no-fee agreement.
First, we offer a free initial case evaluation and consultation for your case.

If appropriate, you will meet with an attorney where you have the opportunity to ask questions and the attorney will explain our services.  Once you sign a contract, we begin gathering necessary information to investigate and to pursue your case.

Our team works hard to help you determine whether or not your case has a good chance of success and whether our representation will help your claim towards an optimal resolution. We prepare each case with the thought that we might go to trial which positions our clients for both settlement negotiations and trial. Many times, a good outcome is achieved without taking a case to court.

With the help of a firm that has the resources to work on a no win no fee basis, you can make a personal injury compensation claim without the same financial risk as paying an attorney by the hour.
