Why Patterson Legal Group Looks Different Now (And What Doesn’t Change)

If you’re a current client, here’s the short version: nothing about your case changes. You have the same attorney, the same team, and the same phone number you’ve always had. And, yes, your case is moving forward exactly the way we already told you it would. If that’s all you wanted to know, you can stop here.
If you’re curious about the rest, here’s what’s going on.
As Patterson Legal Group has grown, the way we look and talk to people hasn’t kept pace with how the firm actually operates. Our name, colors, and tone worked fine, but they didn’t say much about what makes us different: the way we treat the people. So we took the time to make sure our look and the way we talk actually reflected that.
What came out of it is the decision behind everything you’re starting to see from us: an updated logo, a new color palette, and a goat who’s already turned up in a few places. We’ll give him a proper introduction soon. For now, just know he’s a representation of how we choose to show up.
You’ll notice the changes in a handful of places over the next few weeks. Our website will look different. Our letterhead and case updates will carry the new colors. Our social media accounts will sound a little more like the people actually posting on them. If you drive past one of our billboards or catch a commercial, you may see the new look there too. None of that is meant to be a surprise you have to figure out on your own; we’re telling you now so the first time you see it, you already know why.
What hasn’t changed is the part that matters most to the people we work with. We’ve always believed kindness makes us better at this work, not despite the legal complexity but because of it. Clients who feel safe ask better questions. Clients who feel heard tell us what we need to know to build a strong case. That’s not new marketing language we’re testing. It’s just how the phones have been answered here for years, and it’s how they’ll keep being answered.
You’ll still hear things like “Tell us what happened, take your time,” because that’s how the first call has always gone, and we don’t intend to speed past it just because a font changed. You’ll still get a real person on the other end, not a recording or a queue. If your case is taking longer than you’d like, we’ll tell you why in plain language, instead of falling back on something vague about how “These things take time.” We’ve never thought clients should have to decode what’s happening in their own case, and that’s not up for revision.
We’re also not changing how we talk about the parts of this work that are adversarial. Insurance companies have entire teams whose job is to pay people less than they’re owed, and we’ve always found that motivating rather than something to soften for the sake of politeness. A new look doesn’t mean a new level of caution about saying what we think.
If you’re a referral partner, the practical answer is the same as it’s always been. The team you’ve been sending clients to is still here, still handling cases the same way, and still treating the people you refer with the same care you’ve come to expect. What’s different is how clearly that shows up in what we put in front of them before they ever pick up the phone: the way our website reads, the way our ads sound, the way our name looks on a business card. We wanted all of that to reflect the firm you already know, instead of trailing a step behind it. If you have questions about how any of this affects a case you’ve referred to us, your usual contact here hasn’t changed either.
We handle personal injury cases from the first call to the final settlement. If you’re not a client yet, that part won’t change the first time you call, either. What’s changing is how clearly we’re saying all of this, and how much more it sounds like the firm behind it.
If you have an open case with Patterson Legal Group, you don’t need to do anything differently. If you or someone you know needs to talk to us for the first time, the number is the same as it’s always been: 888-687-2400.
