Her commitment to advocacy extends beyond legal representation. Kayla is experienced in consulting with self-represented litigants at courthouse help centers, ensuring everyone has access to legal guidance.
Prior to entering practice, Kayla honed her legal skills at Washburn Law (2019-2022). She graduated with a Pro Bono Certificate with Distinction, dedicating over 100 hours to legal aid work. Additionally, she earned a Family Law Certificate and actively participated in the Washburn Law Litigation Clinic, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.
Furthermore, Kayla’s legal background is built on a strong foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science (pre-law emphasis) with minors in Vocal Music and Gender Studies from Kansas State University (2015-2019). This diverse academic path reflects her commitment to social justice and effective communication.
When Kayla Clark is not advocating for clients, you can find her curled up with a good book, indulging in creative crafts, or enjoying a lively board game night with her partner, Josie. They also share their home with two beloved pets: Rigby, the chihuahua, and Darcy, the tuxedo cat.
